Return and Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with Lumira. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

You can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at lumirauk.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns are typically accepted if:

• The item is unused

• Still in its original packaging

• In the same condition you received it

Once your return request is reviewed, we’ll send return instructions — including where to send the item, and whether a return is required. Please wait for our confirmation before returning anything. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

If a return is required, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return has been received and approved, we may refund the shipping cost depending on the reason for return, item condition, and other factors.

Refunds

Once your return is approved (or if a return is not required), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 1–3 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take longer to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo and description to lumirauk.store@gmail.com, we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different variant, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. As a result, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once your order is placed. If the item has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return once it arrives.
